For those who do not need the accountability or who are looking for a more cost-effective option than on-going coaching, I am offering a personalized written, one-time plan you can follow on your own time and pace.
You will fill out a questionnaire detailing your training and diet history, your goals, and your lifestyle. From there I will build your one-time plan based on your responses (so be sure to be as detailed as possible in your replies). Please expect up to 1 week from the moment of purchase to receive your training plan over email.

For those that have your nutrition down and want maximize the effects of training.
Diet Coaching Only – $200 USD
For those that have a solid training regimen and want to build a stronger, healthier diet.
Diet, Training, and Supplementation – $500 USD
This is for someone that wants to take advantage of a personalized 12-week program to change their lifestyle for good.
These plans will be for a length of 6-8 weeks, and you will still have full contact with me through email and/or text.
