Rocket Fitness and Nutrition offers an extensive amount of training programs, in depth nutrition plans. We’re here for those with limited time who need a bit of assistance (or an accountability partner) to maintain or improve their current lifestyle.

Our focus is to get you in the best shape possible and keep you informed, so you not only know what to do- but also why to do it. I am available through Phone Call, Text and Email and respond regularly for any questions.

Step 1 is filling out a questionnaire providing details about your current metrics (height, weight, age), your goals, lifestyle, and current diet, training and supplements regimen. Upon receiving the questionnaire, the customized plan will be developed for you.

On a weekly basis, you will provide an email on how the week went. You will also need to provide information on bodyweight, training, and how your diet is going. Details such as how you felt in and out of the gym and what your energy and motivation levels were, are also very important. Problems are made to be solved, and those problems will be addressed the plan will be adjusted accordingly.
