WHY ROCKET FITNESS

Rocket Fitness is for everyone. Whether you want to lose weight, eat cleaner or push yourself to compete in a competition, we all struggle with the same thing- time. Thats where I come in.

Ive lived through many phases in my life, from single, to engaged, then to a husband and now a father. Each phase of my life has had its own unique struggle with time and even motivation to keep a healthy lifestyle.

I started Rocket Fitness to reach out to the average person, much like myself- who struggles the stresses of the daily grind, which could be raising a family, the 9-5 workday or a combination of them both.

Staying healthy is more than just have good aesthetics- at a certain point in your life people will need you and being in good physical condition is always optimal over the alternate. I personally want to be in good health to keep up with my son as he grows older (and beat him in all sports until I cant).

So lets change your life and your body. Join me in this challenge, lets reach your goals.

MEET COACH TYLER RUFF

I’ve dedicated my life to science, while also striving to improve the lives of others through strength, fitness, and nutrition. I am currently learning more about bodybuilding, as I myself will be competing in a competition this summer, but my main focus is strength and condition while maintaining a realistic diet. (So yes, you can still eat your favorite burger and look good.)

I received my Undergraduate Degree in Aerospace Engineering and thoroughly enjoy problem solving. The body can be a mysterious sometimes, but I believe all problems have a solution.

I currently work as a Senior Software Engineer, but I dedicate much of my time to pursue more formal education in Fitness and Nutrition.

I have since received Certifications as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Strength Coach. Fitness and Health are my true passions and I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm with others, and pushing them to their fullest potential.
