I offer training plans for everyone, from all different walks of life. For those who want to get in better shape, you someone who wants to compete on stage or an athletic event. Regardless of who you are and what your goals are, you will receive the same level of coaching. I will be your accountability partner through text and/or email. Let the GAINS begins!

Whats Next?

You will fill out a questionnaire providing details about your current stats (height, weight, age), your goals, lifestyle, and current diet / training / supplements regimen. Afterwards, I will develop a plan for you. Please allow for up to a week to develop the plan.

On a weekly basis, you will provide an email report how the week went. You will provide information on bodyweight, training, and/or diet. I care about how you felt in and out of the gym and what your energy and motivation levels are. This information will help with any modifications needed to the plan.

I spend high time investment in taking on new clients and ensuring your plan is designed for YOU. You will have a $100 orientation fee, however if you purchase the 24 session package the fee will be waived! You will be responsible to pay on the same day of the month as your initial signup.

Coaching plans are divided into 3 levels. This will help develop a more accurate plan that will be able to maximize the plans effectiveness.

Level 1 – Novice

A novice as someone who is still progressing in the gym very quickly. It has nothing to do with meeting a performance standard. For instance if you have been benching 3×5 for the past two months and you are still adding 5–10 lbs per workout, you are a novice. Or if you are just going through the motions of workouts but stop seeing any real progress.

Level 2 – Intermediate

A person training at an intermediate level should have a fair amount of neurological coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workouts/training. You have adequate conditioning and muscle endurance. Thus the trainee could be assigned upper body/lower body workouts on alternate days followed by endurance and abs training on alternate days.

Level 3 – Advanced

Someone advanced can only add weight to the bar every few weeks. At this level, training is typically organized into phases (or blocks). You have great muscular strength, muscular endurance and conditioning. Probably have competed or currently competing in sports that require superior athletic ability compared to the average person.

18 sessions ($70/session)

24 sessions ($60/session)

I will also offer a “Couples Add-On”. This option allows you to add a partner to your plan at a discount of 50% off the lower cost plan. This is a popular option because you are most likely to succeed on a diet/training plan when your partner is with you along the way.
